These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TechSolve, LLC ("TechSolve," "we," "our," or "us") website at TechSolve.llc and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
TechSolve provides technology consulting and brokering services including, but not limited to:
- Connectivity consulting and network architecture (SD-WAN, failover, multi-WAN)
- CRM integration and pipeline configuration (Zoho CRM and related platforms)
- AI workflow automation and deployment
- Hardware procurement and configuration through our affiliated store
- Managed support plans (Personal, Business, and custom tiers)
- Pro-time consulting calls billed at our published hourly rate
Services are provided subject to availability and the specific terms of any engagement agreement, statement of work, or plan subscription entered into between TechSolve and the client.
2. Acceptance and Eligibility
By submitting a lead form, booking a consultation, or purchasing a service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the authority to enter into a binding agreement, and have read and agreed to these Terms.
3. Consulting Engagements
Pro-Time Calls
Pro-time consulting sessions are billed per the published rate at the time of booking. The fee covers the time of the session itself. Preparation, follow-up documentation, or implementation work beyond the session scope may be billed separately or credited toward a plan subscription at TechSolve's discretion.
Project Engagements
Custom project engagements (CRM setup, AI deployment, network architecture) are governed by a separate statement of work or engagement agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. These Terms apply to all such engagements unless expressly superseded in writing.
4. Support Plans
Support plans (Personal, Business, and custom tiers) are subscription-based and billed on the cycle specified at enrollment (monthly or annually). Plan benefits, response SLAs, and included hours are defined at enrollment and may be updated with reasonable notice. TechSolve reserves the right to modify plan terms with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
SLA response times reflect typical performance under standard plan terms. Actual response times may vary based on issue complexity, volume, or force majeure events. SLAs are not guaranteed in cases of client-side inaccessibility or failure to provide necessary access credentials.
5. Payment
All fees are due as specified in your service agreement, checkout confirmation, or plan enrollment. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. TechSolve reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Past-due balances may result in service suspension. We do not store credit card or payment information directly — all transactions are processed through our store platform's secure payment processor.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of TechSolve, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Work product and deliverables created during a consulting engagement (configurations, workflows, documentation) become the client's property upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
7. Client Responsibilities
To receive services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your technology environment and project needs
- Grant TechSolve reasonable access to systems, credentials, and stakeholders needed to complete the work
- Respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
- Use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations
Delays or failures caused by inadequate client cooperation may affect timelines and SLA commitments without liability to TechSolve.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechSolve's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to TechSolve in the 90 days preceding the claim.
TechSolve shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim arises.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." TechSolve makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any service for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or guaranteed outcomes. Technology environments vary, and results from connectivity, CRM, or AI engagements depend on factors outside TechSolve's control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which TechSolve, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients.
